Senior Manager in Audit Industries - Geneva/Lausanne.

Your main responsibilities within this role will include:

• Manage audits of companies headquartered in Switzerland and subsidiaries of multinational groups

• Conduct integrated audits under PCAOB and ISA standards for clients reporting under US GAAP and IFRS frameworks

• Adapt audit approaches to evolving client environments

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts, applying them effectively

• Develop and maintain productive client relationships, proactively communicating throughout the year

• Direct daily audit fieldwork and report engagement status to Senior Managers and Partners

• Manage staff performance and coach junior audit team members on technical accounting and auditing matters

• Foster an efficient, innovative, and collaborative team environment

• Contribute ideas and engage constructively with team members

Candidate Requirements - 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

• Professional qualification (Swiss CPA, US CPA, or equivalent)

• 5–7 years audit experience, including at least 1 year of managerial experience leading international audit teams

• Experience coaching audit staff and liaising with audit specialists (IT, Tax, Valuation)

• Assertive, proactive, and excellent organisational skills in international team settings

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (essential)

• Hands-on, self-starter attitude

• Proficiency in documenting accounting positions and preparing auditing documentation

• Experience in data analytics
