We are currently partnering with a prestigious composite insurance group operating across Bermuda, the Caribbean, Gibraltar, Malta, and Canada to find a high-performing Corporate Actuary to join their expert team.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of strategic actuarial decision-making — from IFRS 17 implementation to regulatory capital filings, across a portfolio spanning life, health, and annuity lines.

The Role

As a Corporate Actuary, you will:

• Support IFRS 17 development and reporting, gaining exposure to emerging actuarial standards.

• Lead and refine assumption setting through experience studies and financial modeling.

• Analyze existing products, uncover insights, and contribute to product innovation.

• Assist in valuation activities and help navigate complex regulatory landscapes (BMA, SII).

• Contribute to capital filings, audit support, and enterprise risk functions (ORSA).

• Collaborate on high-impact group-level projects and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a seasoned actuarial professional who brings:

• 7–10 years of industry experience

• FSA or FCIA designation (or equivalent)

• Strong expertise in IFRS 17 valuation (Life, Health, Annuity)

• Experience with regulatory capital regimes: BMA, SII

• Advanced Excel skills; GGY AXIS knowledge is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently

• A keen interest in working within a dynamic, international team
