What You’ll Do:

• Lead conduct risk assessments and deliver tailored risk mitigation strategies aligned with Irish consumer protection regulations

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure clients maintain compliance in a complex financial landscape

• Prepare insightful reports and support senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives

• Drive transformation initiatives to improve client compliance and operational efficiency

• Build trusted relationships with regulators, clients, and industry leaders

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business or similar

• 4+ years’ experience in conduct risk or consumer protection within the Irish financial sector

• Strong communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex regulations

• Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships independently

• Analytical mindset, problem solver, and team player ready for a fast-paced environment
