Senior / Assistant Manager – US Accounting & Reporting (Audit + Advisory)

Cavehill Consulting is working with a globally recognised consultancy to appoint a Senior or Assistant Manager for its US Accounting and Reporting Group.

Role Overview

• Conduct integrated audits for multinational firms and SEC-registered subsidiaries.

• Support transactional projects including M&A, disposals, and conversions.

• Deliver accounting advisory and SOX services to non-audit clients.

• Lead internal and external training on US GAAP, IFRS, and PCAOB standards.

• Contribute to ESG-related assurance engagements.

Ideal Background

• 2–5 years of audit experience (PCAOB & US GAAP/IFRS or ISA & IFRS).

• Completed or in-progress US CPA or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in technical research and accounting policy evaluation.

• Strong command of English; other languages beneficial.

• Experience with Data & Analytics and ESG assurance is an asset.
