We move beyond standard implementations, focusing on bespoke "Process Excellence." You will lead high-impact teams in London and Dublin, helping primary insurers transition to S/4HANA and leverage cloud-native SAP landscapes to drive real-time financial and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead large-scale SAP implementation and optimization programs, with a focus on S/4HANA Finance and Insurance (FS-CD/PM) modules.

• Architecture Strategy: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to design SAP landscapes that integrate seamlessly with legacy actuarial and risk systems via SAP BTP.

• Innovation Lead: Drive the adoption of embedded AI and machine learning within SAP Analytics Cloud to enhance predictive reporting and claims automation.

• Project Governance: Manage multi-disciplinary teams (onshore and offshore), ensuring projects meet rigorous regulatory standards (IFRS 17, Solvency UK/II) and budget KPIs.

• Process Transformation: Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to align insurance workflows with global SAP best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least two full-cycle implementations in a Manager or Lead capacity within the Insurance or Banking sector.

• Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO, FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements), or SuccessFactors.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and an understanding of ABAP/OData integration patterns.

• Education & Certification: University degree in IT or Business; SAP S/4HANA Certification and PMP/Agile credentials are highly preferred.

• Consultative Edge: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage complex matrix environments in both the UK and Irish markets.
