Cavehill Consulting is working on behalf of a top-tier consulting firm to find an experienced and driven pensions professional to join their growing Pensions Risk Transfer team.

This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in the fast-paced world of risk transfer—including buy-ins, buy-outs, and journey planning—for major UK and multinational clients.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, technically sound client advice on complex risk transfer projects

• Work closely with senior advisors, actuaries, and multidisciplinary teams

• Lead on key project elements including data analysis, funding, and reporting

• Mentor junior team members and support client relationship management

• Stay ahead of industry changes and engage with external stakeholders including insurers and trustees

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Actuary (IFoA or international equivalent) or equivalent experience

• Strong background in UK pensions, with recent risk transfer experience

• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

• Self-motivated, analytical, and client-focused

• Locations: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Reading, Bristol, East Midlands (Hybrid – 2+ days office/week)
