Partner - Finance, Big 4 Firm.

Our client, a Big 4 professional services firm, is seeking an accomplished finance leader to join as Partner in Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to step into a C-suite level position, shaping financial strategy, driving commercial growth, and leading high-performing teams across the firm's advisory and client service lines.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally gained within a Big 4 or large professional services environment. A proven track record in business development, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership is essential, along with the credibility to operate at partner and board level.
