A top-tier global consultancy, in collaboration with Cavehill Consulting, is seeking a US GAAP expert to join its US Accounting and Reporting Group as a Manager or Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PCAOB integrated audits of multinationals and US subsidiaries.

• Provide transaction advisory (e.g. spin-offs, disposals, and M&A).

• Deliver non-audit services including SOX advisory and accounting consultations.

• Guide Swiss audit teams on US accounting and reporting best practices.

• Conduct internal and client-facing PCAOB / US GAAS training.

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of PCAOB and US GAAP/IFRS audit experience.

• Deep knowledge of US GAAS, SEC regulations, and US audit methodology.

• US CPA (or equivalent).

• Proven project management and leadership capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
