Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in consulting or in a senior role in a P&C insurance company

• Master’s or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields

• Certifications in project management, change management, or digital transformation

• Extensive understanding of the Swiss insurance market

• Strong leadership and vision-setting abilities

• Proficiency in data analysis and strategic decision-making

• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork experience

• Passion for innovation and improvement

• Fluency in English and German is essential
