The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join the Financial Services audit team in Geneva. In this role, you will lead audit engagements for Swiss and international financial clients, manage diverse teams, and play a key part in delivering transparent and high-quality audit solutions in a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audits for Swiss-headquartered and multinational financial institutions

• Guide junior staff and oversee audit fieldwork

• Adapt audit approaches to dynamic client needs

• Build and sustain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with senior managers and partners on engagement strategy

• Mentor and coach team members on audit processes and technical topics

• Contribute to a culture of performance, quality, and innovation

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Certified public accountant qualification (Swiss CPA, ACCA, DEC or equivalent), or in progress

• 5–7 years' experience in external audit, preferably within a Big Four or international setting

• Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory audits (a distinct advantage)

• Proven experience managing audit teams in a multicultural environment

• Fluent in French; English and German are considered strong assets

• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
