Lead Platform Architect - Iconic London Insurance Marketplace.

Our client, one of London's most iconic insurance marketplaces, is looking for a Lead Platform Architect to take ownership of the technical architecture underpinning its core trading and market platforms. You will define the platform roadmap, lead architectural decision-making across cloud and on-premise environments, and work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to ensure the platform scales securely and reliably to support market participants.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience as a platform or solutions architect within a large, complex technology estate, ideally gained within insurance, financial services or another regulated market environment. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices, API design and integration patterns is essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead architectural governance across multiple delivery teams.
