Insurance Management Director -Guernsey 

Cavehill Consulting is partnering with a leading provider of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and program management services to captive insurance companies. Operating across Europe, the United States, and key offshore domiciles such as Barbados, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands, our client is seeking an experienced Director to join their leadership team. This role is critical to shaping strategic direction, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Board Meetings as a Director within Company 

  • Contribute to the formulation and delivery of the company’s strategic goals and policies

  • Uphold the organisation’s professional reputation in all internal and external dealings

  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high performance and engagement

  • Ensure operational activities comply with internal procedures and external regulations

  • Deliver exceptional service across a portfolio of assigned clients

  • Ensure all client SLAs and management agreement requirements are fulfilled

  • Maintain oversight of regulatory, legal, compliance, and governance matters across your client portfolio, in partnership with the Company’s Compliance Officer, MLCO, and MLRO

  • Collaborate with the senior management team to support and drive new business opportunities and growth initiatives
