Head of Finance - Private Capital Firm.

Our client, a well-regarded private capital firm, is seeking a Head of Finance to take ownership of financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, and cash flow across the business. This role will work closely with senior leadership, providing financial insight to support investment decisions and ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place as the firm continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience gained within private capital, private equity, asset management or a related financial services environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders are essential for this role.
