What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and governance of the Group’s Risk Management Framework.

• Manage operational risk and incident response programs with precision.

• Define and monitor the Group’s risk appetite and ensure proactive risk management.

• Oversee key regulatory risk assessments (GSSA/CISSA/ORSA) aligning with BMA and Solvency II.

• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, compliance, and investment teams to manage enterprise risk.

• Drive strategic risk initiatives supporting business growth and new ventures.

• Ensure corporate insurance coverage aligns with risk appetite and business goals.

• Monitor emerging risks, including climate change and ESG, to keep the Group ahead of trends.

• Present insightful risk reports to Executive Management and Board Committees.

• Lead and inspire the risk management team to achieve excellence and foster innovation.

• Own special risk projects and deliver impactful solutions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in risk management leadership within insurance or regulatory bodies.

• Relevant certifications (CERA, CMIRM, CRM, FRM, PRM) or progress towards actuarial exams.

• Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of BMA regulations and Solvency II frameworks.

• Expertise in ORSA, CISSA, GSSA risk processes.

• Experience in quantitative analysis, stress testing, and working with actuarial teams.

• Understanding of ESG frameworks and climate risk principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

• Strategic thinker, decisive leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
