Funds Tax Partner– Private Equity & Professional Partnerships | London.

This is a chance to work at the heart of the UK and international private equity market, advising PE houses and professional partnerships on structuring, reporting and cross-border tax matters, as part of a firm with genuinely global reach.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering tax advisory services to private equity houses and professional partnerships
• Providing partnership advisory and fund structuring guidance
• Supporting cross-border tax work through an international network of specialists
• Building and growing relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborating with the Private Client Services team on principal advisory matters
• Keeping pace with UK and international tax developments

What you'll bring

• ATT / CTA / ACA / ICAS / ACCA qualification
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex tax problems
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable engaging clients at all levels
