Our client, a boutique advisory firm based in Kent, is seeking FIG (Financial Institutions Group) Analysts and Associates to join its expanding corporate finance team. The role will involve supporting on M&A transactions, capital raising, and advisory mandates for clients within the financial institutions sector, including financial modelling, valuation work, and preparation of client materials.

Candidates should have relevant experience gained within corporate finance, M&A advisory, investment banking, or a related financial services environment, ideally with exposure to the financial institutions sector. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit deal team are essential.
