Operating across the UK and Irish markets, you will work at the heart of the financial services sector, supporting M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic restructuring for insurers, banks, and asset managers. This is a high-visibility role for a professional looking to blend technical analysis with top-tier deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A, divestitures, and capital market transactions within the FIG sector.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into regulatory changes (Solvency UK, Basel IV) and their impact on institutional capital structures.

• Strategic Advisory: Prepare high-impact pitch books and investment memorandums for C-suite stakeholders and institutional investors.

• Project Management: Coordinate due diligence workstreams, liaising between legal, actuarial, and tax teams to ensure seamless deal delivery.

Requirements:

• Background: 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a "Big Four" Transaction Services team, specifically within Financial Services.

• Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of institutional balance sheets (Insurance or Banking).

• Education: Strong academic record; CFA, ACA, or Actuarial progress is highly regarded.

• Strategic Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for the London and Dublin markets.
