Cavehill Consulting is actively seeking a high-calibre Permanent Risk Manager to join a leading Lloyd's Syndicate in the London Market.

This is a senior, influential role focused on driving the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework as part of the Second Line of Defence.

Total Package Value: £112,000 - £120,000 (Base + Bonus + Benefits) Location: City of London / Hybrid

The Role & Impact:

• Own and enhance the ERM Framework, policies, and culture.

• Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) cycles.

• Prepare and deliver regulatory reporting (Board/Committees).

• Provide critical technical support for ORSA and Solvency II / UK requirements.

• Manage strategic risk projects (e.g., stress testing, climate risk).

We Require:

• Proven, dedicated Risk Management experience within a Lloyd’s Syndicate.

• Deep practical knowledge of ERM principles and implementation.

• Expertise in Solvency II / UK prudential requirements.

• Exceptional analytical and senior stakeholder communication skills.
