  • Implement data governance best practices and maintain data quality and lineage documentation.

  • Support integration and sourcing of data from multiple systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on data strategy and objectives.

  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new data technologies within financial and risk domains.

  • Deliver user training and provide documentation to ensure effective adoption of new data processes and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical data management or engineering role, preferably with a major consulting firm.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to produce actionable insights.

  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience managing BI/MI reporting or preparing regulatory reports.

  • Prior involvement in Agile environments or holding relevant data certifications.

  • Ability to lead workshops and stakeholder interviews.

  • Exposure to regulatory change or finance transformation programmes.
