Cavehill Consulting is collaborating with a global professional services leader to recruit a high-achieving Technical Data Analyst for their expanding Financial Services Technology Consulting team in Dublin. As part of a major global strategy to deliver long-term value through AI and data-enabled transformation, this role focuses on the Customer and Channels domain.
You will work with prestigious clients across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management to optimize how they interact with customers through mobile technology and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of customer data within the channels domain, focusing on mobile technology and CRM system integration.
- Data Migration & Architecture: Support complex customer data migration activities and provide expertise on underlying data flow architecture.
- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver data-heavy transformation workstreams, ensuring solutions align with client business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate customer journey requirements into technical data specifications.
- Solution Design: Perform gap analysis on existing customer data lifecycles and recommend innovative technology alternatives.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI and Data trends to drive innovation in customer engagement and digital channel performance.
Our Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years (depending on level) in a technology consulting environment, specifically delivering data projects within Financial Services.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Channels, Mobile technology, and Customer/CRM data systems.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel is essential.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of coding languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical business audiences.
