We are representing a multi-billion dollar global leader in digital transformation. Our client orchestrates high-stakes technology projects for the world’s most recognizable brands.

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their Irish legal division a role designed for a strategic professional at the intersection of technology, commercial law, and governance.

The Role:

. Lead the legal lifecycle for complex IT services, outsourcing, and SaaS agreements.

. Act as a trusted advisor to Irish executive leadership on regulatory shifts.

. Identify and mitigate operational risks for large-scale customer engagements.

. Coordinate with global legal teams on risk appetite and corporate policy.

Your Profile:

. Qualifications: Law degree (LLB/BCL) + valid practicing certificate in Ireland.

. Experience: 5+ years PQE (Top-tier firm or "Big Tech" in-house preferred).

. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Technology Law and complex outsourcing frameworks.

. Skills: Superior drafting and negotiation skills with a "business-enabler" mindset.
