Chief Operating Officer - Alternative Assets Firm.

Our client, a well-established alternative assets investment firm, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and support the firm's continued growth. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, involving management of operational, financial, and regulatory functions across the business, and close collaboration with investment teams, finance, compliance, and external service providers.

The successful candidate will have significant senior operational leadership experience within alternative assets, private equity, hedge funds, or a related investment management environment. Strong knowledge of fund operations, regulatory requirements, and financial control is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA would be advantageous.
