Associate – Corporate Finance Advisory (Financial Institutions & FinTech).

We are now seeking an ambitious, commercially sharp Associate to join this specialist team in London. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-exposure role where you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders on complex and high-impact transactions — from capital raising and M&A to strategic growth initiatives.

The Opportunity

This role offers an exceptional platform for an Associate-level candidate who is eager to play a pivotal role in supporting and executing transactions across the financial ecosystem. You will be working with founders, CEOs, and investors from day one, gaining real responsibility and strategic insight in a lean, high-calibre team.

You’ll be advising some of the most innovative and disruptive businesses across:

• FinTech (payments, embedded finance, digital banking, insurtech, etc.)

• Financial Institutions (specialist lenders, platforms, infrastructure players)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of corporate finance transactions including M&A, growth capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates

• Building detailed financial models and conducting market mapping, valuation analysis, and scenario planning

• Preparing high-impact materials including pitch decks, information memoranda (IMs), and strategic recommendations

• Participating in deal structuring, due diligence, and client meetings

• Supporting project management and transaction coordination across internal and external stakeholders

• Contributing to internal initiatives and long-term business development

About You

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate with:

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, strategy consulting, or VC/PE

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills

• A clear interest in Financial Services, FinTech, and high-growth businesses

• Comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Intellectual curiosity and commercial instinct — a genuine interest in shaping the future of finance

What’s on Offer

• Base Salary: £100,000 – £130,000

• Bonus: Up to 100% of base, performance-driven
