Actuarial Life Manager / Assistant Manager.

Cavehill Consulting is delighted to represent a leading global professional services firm in their search for an Actuarial Life Manager or Assistant Manager to join their Dublin-based Actuarial, Rewards and Analytics (ARA) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Delivery: Manage and deliver projects across pricing, reserving, product development, risk management, and financial reporting (including IFRS17, LDTI, and Solvency II).
• Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Contribute to assignments involving ESG, M&A projects, due diligence, and enterprise risk management, collaborating with audit, finance, and consulting professionals.
• Actuarial Function Support: Participate in teams performing actuarial reserving or review work specifically related to the Head of Actuarial Function role.
• Client Management: Maintain and grow strong client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Practice Growth: Proactively network, participate in research, and contribute to new business proposals to drive practice growth.
• Leadership & Coaching: Contribute to internal practice management, including recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and appraisals.
